The Future is AI

Sitting with an SME client this week I was pleasantly surprised to hear them talk about their burgeoning AI initiatives. This also coincided with an ICAEW publication landing on my desk – AI in Corporate Advisory, so even we are not immune! Furthermore, I cannot count the number of conversations I’ve had about CX (Customer Experience) technology and chatbots recently.

AI is forecast to account for £15tn (yes you heard that right) of global GDP in just over ten years from now. You can certainly expect more M&A activity in this area. If you are not yet looking at how AI might affect your business, or indeed how to benefit from it, now would be a good time to start!
