Prism Assist in Sale of EDI/Data Exchange Software Provider

The Prism team have assisted in the successful sale of Orion Consulting Limited to Intec Systems Limited. Orion offers a range of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI) products, services and training. It has been bought by Intec in order to significantly strengthen their existing EDI offering. One of Orion’s previous owners is staying on to head up the new EDI division.
