Here at Prism it has been a very active start to the year. We went into 2017 having just completed the sale of B2 Group (a leading MPS player) to Arena Group and have since completed five further transactions – see our news pages for Prism News Pages.

Evidently the Technology sector’s appetite for deals remains strong. What is less certain is how long this might continue. Whilst we do not have any specific reason to see things slowing down, we are always mindful that one should ideally strike whilst the proverbial iron is hot and not risk leaving things too late.
