Prism Corporate Broking comprises two Directors – Peter and Robert – who are M&A specialists, plus an amazing support team. Peter and Robert have over 35 years of combined experience working with owners of private companies, helping them to buy and sell businesses. Having worked across a variety of sectors over the years we are able to reach further than the technology sector if required.
Peter Watson

Peter, a qualified Chartered Accountant, unites years of experience within the corporate world with first-hand experience of selling his own business. Clients enjoy, and benefit from, his energetic and passionate approach and feel confidence that he is working with them to achieve their objectives.
Peter has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and now lectures on their popular Business Growth and Development Programme (BGP), the UK’s leading programme for ambitious owner-managers. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Robert Fiske

Director of Corporate Finance
Robert has impressive business knowledge and experience. He has always worked with and within private sector SMEs. Prior to joining Prism he worked as a business consultant for over ten years advising owner-managers on a wide range of strategic business development and succession issues, with a particular interest in the technology sector.
Robert has a Masters in Marketing from Cranfield University. He joined the Prism team in 2007 as a seasoned business professional with a great deal of experience and business acumen to share with clients.
Jack Robinson

Corporate Finance Manager
Jack works with the Prism Directors on buy-side and sell-side deals as well as other advisory projects. With a strong focus on prospect management, Jack excels in identifying and engaging with potential buyers and sellers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
Jack graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Business and is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Jack’s expertise in managing complex sale processes makes him a trusted advisor for business owners navigating critical transitions.
Charles Lamport-Beale

Corporate Finance Assistant
Charles brings a diverse and robust academic foundation to the Prism team, holding a Philosophy degree and an MSc in Investment Management. His studies included CFA-affiliated modules in Corporate Governance, Financial Management, and ACCA-accredited International Financial Reporting.
Charles is currently working towards the Certificate in Corporate Finance provided by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), and the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.
Charles works across the team, providing financial modelling, research and analysis.
Alison Lewis

Marketing & Research Executive
Alison has 13 years’ experience in marketing and events, mainly in the tech sector. She has a BSc Honours Degree in Environmental Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Conservation & Project Administration, both from the University of East Anglia.
Alison’s role includes promotion of services and events, and also undertaking research and system administration to support M&A projects.
