We are delighted to announce that the Prism team have advised award-winning international digital infrastructure education providers, CNet Training Limited (and all related businesses of its holding company Academia Group Limited), through their sale to US-based global digital infrastructure authority, Uptime Institute (a Dominus Capital, L.P. portfolio company).

Today, CNet is recognised as the global industry leader in technical education across the digital infrastructure industry, comprising the data centre and network infrastructure sectors.
