Prism Advises Telecomms Business Integra-ICT Ltd on the Acquisition of IT Services Provider, Applied IT.

After trading for some 20 years, Bedfordshire-based Integra ICT took the strategic decision to further expand their business through acquisition.  They chose to work with Prism Corporate Broking to help facilitate the purchase; Prism has a strong reputation for being the experts in ICT and technology based related mergers and acquisitions and know the market well.  They soon identified Hertfordshire-based Applied IT as a perfect match; an impressive business that had grown in specialty and reputation since 2003.
