Prism Sells Leading Pharma Software Business

Information and literature management specialists Pi2 Solutions has been acquired by ProQuest in a deal led by Prism Corporate Broking.

The multi-million pound deal will enhance ProQuest’s existing portfolio to allow them to boost their presence into the pharmaceutical industry, whilst Pi2 will benefit from a wider reach to new global audiences.

Pi2, with offices in the UK & USA, has developed Product Literature Database (PLD) systems and workflow applications that are used throughout the pharmaceutical industry. Their range of world-leading off-the-shelf workplace solutions are widely used and trusted.

ProQuest, head quartered in Michigan USA, is committed to empowering researchers and librarians throughout the world. The company monitor scientific literature and have built a solid reputation throughout the industry for being the reliable information source concerning research and news on the latest available drugs and therapies.

The deal was managed by Prism Corporate Broking on behalf of Pi2.
