Prism Support Sale of Field Service Software Developers
We are pleased to announce that the Prism team have supported field service software developers, Infomill Limited, throughout their sale to large acquisitive software group, Vela Industries Group.
Infomill Limited, founded in 1996, are experts in data transformation and mobile tech solutions. Their data conversion software uses algorithms to help companies search large amounts of data and locate information quickly. They also offer secure cloud-based storage for complex technical content. Infomill is the market-leading field services technology business in the UK domestic heating sector. Its platforms enable field service engineers and parts distributors to identify, service and replace parts and equipment swiftly and efficiently.
Vela Industries Group (Vela), of Canada, is a subsidiary of Constellation Software, a very large listed group operating in over 100 countries. Vela acquires, manages and builds industry-specific software businesses globally across many verticals. Like many previous acquisitions, Infomill will be kept as a standalone, autonomous business maintaining control of its own day-to-day operations.
