Value Maximiser

Stage 1: Value Review

This provides a detailed external perspective of your business. It looks closely at products & services, people & capabilities, customers, market opportunities and M&A potential. It provides a market valuation of your business and an assessment of the factors affecting saleability and value (both positive and negative). It then offers specific recommendations on actions you can take in order to enhance its value and attractiveness.

Stage 2: Increase Value

Following the Value Review, the Prism team will provide on-going advice and guidance to help you implement actions to address identified issues. By making improvements prior to selling, your business will become more attractive to potential buyers and its value will be increased. We will also help you prepare your business for sale and your exit.

 

We keep the momentum and enthusiasm going through regular meetings, typically every 2 months. We review improvement progress and encourage you to keep making the necessary changes, while providing support (including signposting other specialism help) and insight as needed.

Stage 3: Sell Business

We will already be engaged as your business sale advisors and so as soon as we believe the time is right to go to market, we will move to the business sale stage. During this final phase we will continue to use our expertise, from years of M&A experience, to add more value during the sale process and help you achieve the best price for your business.
